Society of St. Vincent de Paul
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a Catholic lay organization that leads men and women to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering. Services include food programs, emergency financial assistance, rent/mortgage assistance, help with low-cost housing, and help with low-cost or free prescription drugs.
To secure assistance, contact the nearest Catholic Church in your community and ask if they have a Society of St. Vincent de Paul Conference in their parish or know of one in the vicinity. Or, look for “Society of St. Vincent de Paul” in your local White Pages. To find the District or Diocesan Council closest to you, click here.
