Kim Kardashian revealed she developed a “little aneurysm” in the Season 7 premiere of “The Kardashians.”

According to Mayo Clinic, an aneurysm is “a bulge or ballooning in the wall of a blood vessel” and can occur in several parts of the body. A ruptured aneurysm can cause bleeding inside the body, which can often result in death.

An MRI detected Kardashian’s MRI in her brain.

“There’s like a little aneurysm,” she said in Episode 1 of the new season, out Oct. 23.
