Designing Your Fundraising Page
As a fundraiser, you can create a personalized web page to raise funds for an event. This page allows you to spread the word about an event. It also allows you to personally raise funds for a cause that is important to you. Have fun personalizing your web page and tell everyone WHY you are participating. Are you a survivor or supporting some who is? Are you remembering someone very special? Whatever the reason, let your supporters know why donating to brain aneurysm awareness and research programs is so important.
When you have successfully registered for and paid for an event, you will be invited to create a Donorpage fundraising page. (For more information on the Registration process, see the tab for Online Registration)
Click Ready to Start? Click Here! to see a preliminary page.

Here is what your initial default website will look like:

Your initial web page will have your name at the top as the title. You can personalize most items on the page.
To change any area, hover with your cursor over any item to see a pop-up dialog box that allows you to edit the item. After editing, always be sure to click the Save button.
After hovering over the top line, you will see the option Edit Page Title, click on that and then the pop up will allow you to Update Your Page Title.

Include a photo to personalize your web page, by hovering over the photo area, clicking on Edit Photo, then upload an image from your computer.

Hover over the fundraising goal and click on Edit Fundraising Goal to update your fundraising goal. Set your fundraising goal and then double it. If your goal is too low, people will stop giving. If your goal is high, they will want to try and help you meet it.

Now hover over the story section and click Edit Fundraiser Story. This is the most important part of creating your web page. Tell your story and why you are involved in this event. Your story should include how you or someone you know has been impacted by a brain aneurysm. After editing, be sure to save your work.

Other Options:
Editing Progress Graphic
Mouse over the progress graphic to see a pop-up dialog box. Click Edit Progress
Graphic in the box to change to another progress graphic display.
Editing Donation Summary
Mouse over the donation summary to see a pop-up dialog box. Click Edit Donation Summary in the box. Click the boxes to check or uncheck options. You can choose to display donaor name, donation amount, and donation comment. Any option with a checked box will be displayed on the donor page. Click Save when all desired options are checked.
Thank Donors/Email
This option displayed on the right side of your screen, allows you to automatically thank donors by email after a donation is made. Customize your thank you note.
