ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

An expert in treating Executive Function Disorder, Sucheta is a highly sought out educator and professional speaker. As a founder of www.cerebralmatters.com, Sucheta is a trained Speech-Language Pathologist and a Linguist with specialization in Neurogenic Communication disorders. She is a recipient of the “Stephanie Macaluso Expertise in Clinical Practice Award” and the “Partners in Excellence Award” granted by the Massachusetts General Hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School for leadership and innovation.

Sucheta has 20-years of experience in managing cognitive, emotional and social-communicative impairments that result from damage to the brain due to variety of causes such as Traumatic Brain Injury, Aneurysm, seizure disorder, strokes etc. In addition, part of her work involves working with those whose brains that are sufficiently equipped with a keen intellectual ability but have a diagnosed or unidentified inability to organize, prioritize, problem solve, self-direct or self-correct. Her area of expertise involves treating attention, memory, and executive function, social-communicative deficits that leads to compromised life and general dissatisfaction or loneness.
